This newly opened and magnificent 400 Sqm Showroom will host your event in the very heart of the Marais, in a refurbished 19th century building with a new main entry. By going through this door, with its two high windows, you will discover a beautiful room built from the famous white stones of the Marais, decorated with a metal structure and zenithal glass walls.
The setup of this room gives it a great luminosity which nicely spreads onto the walls and the ceiling.
In addition, the venue has professional audio and video equipment and a control room with modular lights for all types of scenography. Your event can also be broadcasted and shared on the net thanks to Wifi access and to the screens put at your disposal for the occasion.
On top of that: this space is unique in that it is built on 3 different levels which are connected by stairs and a cargo lift. On each floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Here are the dimensions of the 3 rooms:
- The first floor is 210 Sqm in total, 30 Sqm long and 7 Sqm wide.
- A central glass roof of 40 Sqm, in an industrial style with natural light.
- The second floor, under a glass roof, can be used as a separate Showroom or as a private living room during a reception.
