The outdoor area of this large villa measures a total of nearly 3,000m², featuring a garden with direct access to the beach, and boasting a stunning view over the Îles d’Hyères (from Port Cros to Porquerolles).
The garden can accommodate up to 350 people for a sit-down Dinner, and more than 200 people for a drinks reception on the terrace.
The garden features lots of exotic plants, allowing you to fly far away without even leaving the country. There is also an outdoor bar and kitchen, a private beach, garden furniture and a pool.

This villa is the perfect place to hold a Cocktail reception spilling onto the beach, or could equally be used for a film or photo shoot.
