This 18th-century Norman chateau, located in Calvados, has a strong agricultural history, which makes it a captivating venue for any event.
The estate was originally dedicated to hemp cultivation during the 18th Century, before becoming a high-class stud farm in the 19th Century. During the Second World War, the chateau was occupied by the Germans, before being taken over by the Americans following the landings.
Significant renovations were made in 1988, which transformed the chateau into what it is today. The space features 29 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, each with unique interiors that blend antique beauty with modern comfort.
A vast, 12 hectare parkland with a heated swimming pool, tennis court and bikes are also available for your use.
For business events, the estate offers three Meeting spaces:
- One 95m² space, accommodating 60 to 80 people
- Another 50m² space, with a capacity of 20 to 50 people
- A third 27m² room, accommodating between 12 and 20 guests
The Meeting spaces are equipped with a paperboard, screen, projector, office supplies and wifi access. Scanners, photocopiers, fax machines and printers can also be supplied upon request.
With an inspiring atmosphere that is conducive to creative work, the chateau offers the ideal setting for a seminar, press conference or incentive program.
It is also possible to hire the restaurant, which has a maximum capacity of 150 people for a Cocktail reception, 100 people for a banquet or in a theatre format.
