Built in 1883, this beautiful house might have closed its doors forever long ago. In terrible shape when it was purchased, it’s only thanks to the amazing renovations that this house is still standing today. In another era, this residence was home to several renowned personalities, including a silent film star and one of the world’s most famous designers of haute couture. Back then, this house wasn’t known for its beautiful bedroom or intimate garden, but for its incredible bathroom! The salle de bains was decorated in an Art Nouveau style, which earned it the nickname of “the swimming pool”.
The residence has 100 square meters of private space for your event, as well as the garden. It is divided into different spaces on three different stories:

- The loft living room (21 m2, on the first floor)

- Up to 35 people for a theater-style event
